SERVICES FOR DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
We do not provide refunds after a design is accepted and the development process starts. The money-back promise is no longer valid. Our ability to deploy resources and provide our clients with the best service possible is ensured by this policy. It is imperative that designs be carefully reviewed and approved before granting permission for construction to start.
Revocation prior to design approval
Refunds for project cancellations made prior to design approval will be evaluated on an individual basis. We retain the right to evaluate the work done up until the cancellation point and withhold a fair amount for the rendered services.
UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS
In the event that unanticipated events prohibit us from providing the services that were agreed upon, we will collaborate with you to find a fair resolution. Rearranging the project or giving credit for upcoming services are two examples of how to do this.
